Site Loco is a product and service offered by Pencil Rick (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing a Sprint, using our website, or submitting your design files, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.1. Overview of ServiceSite Loco provides a fast-turnaround Webflow development service (“Sprints”), where we hand-build your final design into a responsive Webflow site within 48 hours. Although branded as Site Loco, the service is delivered and operated by Pencil Rick.2. Requirements Before We StartA Sprint begins only when you have submitted full payment, completed the intake form, and provided all design files and necessary assets. We will confirm that everything is development-ready before the 48-hour clock starts.3. The 48-Hour Delivery WindowThe 48-hour timeframe begins once we confirm that all assets, files, and project information are complete and ready. Submissions outside normal business hours—such as late at night, weekends, or holidays—will begin at the next available Sprint window, which we will communicate to you directly.4. Scope of WorkA Sprint includes a hand-built Webflow version of your submitted design, responsive layouts, basic SEO structure, and a full transfer to your Webflow account. It does not include new design work, content writing, image sourcing, heavy custom code, CMS population beyond defined limits, or changes to your design after development begins.5. RevisionsEach Sprint includes up to two rounds of revisions specifically aimed at matching the Webflow build to your provided design. New design changes require additional billing or a new Sprint.6. Client ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for ensuring your design is final before submission, providing accurate login or transfer information, reviewing your delivered site in a timely manner, and managing your Webflow hosting or ongoing updates after transfer.7. Refund PolicyAll Sprint payments are final once work begins. If you request cancellation before we start, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. If we determine we cannot build your project in Webflow before any work has started, we will provide a full refund. If we miss the 48-hour window due to our own delay, you may choose a partial refund or discount toward a future Sprint.8. Intellectual PropertyYou retain ownership of your design assets. Pencil Rick retains ownership of its internal processes. After transfer, you own the Webflow project and all rights associated with it.9. Limitation of LiabilityPencil Rick is not liable for issues caused by changes made after transfer, Webflow hosting problems, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Sprint.10. Right to DeclineWe may decline or refund any project that is not appropriate for Webflow, violates our scope, or falls outside our technical abilities.11. Updates to TermsThese Terms may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be posted here.
